Absolutely. Post-exercise contrast therapy is one of the most effective uses of the treatment. We recommend waiting around 30 minutes after intense exercise before starting your session.

There is no single right answer. It depends on your experience level and tolerance. Our staff are on hand to guide you and we recommend starting with shorter cold plunge intervals of 1 to 3 minutes and building up over time.

Breathwork refers to intentional breathing techniques used to influence your physical and mental state. Our breathwork classes are led by Piyachai Teo, Malaysia's only Advanced Wim Hof Method Instructor, and combine specific breathing patterns with cold exposure for a powerful mind-body experience.
We offer breathwork, yoga, HIIT and Pilates classes at The Contrast Garden. Check our schedule for current timings and availability.
Our sauna and cold plunge units are supplied by LuxeSpa, a Malaysian company producing equipment specifically designed for the tropical climate. Our cold plunge units use refrigeration technology to maintain a consistently cold water temperature.
Yes. We offer session packages with discounts for 5, 10, 20 and 50 sessions. Packages are a great way to build a regular contrast therapy practice and save money at the same time.
We offer Express sessions of 45 minutes and Standard sessions of 90 minutes. Both are available as community or private bookings (contact us via WhatsApp).
